Shortlist

We might be just a bit biased but we think this year's NETBA shortlist is one of our best - ever!

Unbelievably, this is our 24th shortlist and, as always, it offers something for everyone. There are cliffhangers, shocking plot twists and didn't see that coming endings.
There's
creepy horror and edge-of-the-seat thriller, chilling dystopia and supernatural suspense, with stories set in the present day and in an all-too-possible future, written by established and exciting up-and-coming authors... all of our shortlisted stories are guaranteed good reads and will keep our Young Adult readers turning the pages.

This year more than ever our shortlisted titles are packed full of important issues and ideas and they will definitely get you thinking - most importantly, they are all about finding your own identity, being true to who you really are and looking out for each other.

Which one are you going to start with? Click on the covers below to find out more about each book and its author.
